Josh has always approached fantasy football a little differently. Long before draft guides, podcasts, and AI became the norm, he was busy building his own draft algorithms and spreadsheets, convinced that somewhere in the math was the perfect roster.

That dedication paid off in 2017, when he rode the legendary Todd Gurley playoff run all the way to his first, and so far only, league championship. To this day, Gurley remains one of the greatest one-man fantasy playoff performances the league has ever witnessed.

These days, Josh is the definition of a family man. The same dedication that once went into building fantasy football algorithms is now spent on the people who matter most, though he still finds plenty of time to obsess over his draft board every August.

Whether he's quietly crunching numbers or letting his algorithm make the tough decisions, Josh has always preferred to let his team do the talking.
